I lead Creative organizations for luxury, premium, and off-price e-commerce brands, combining brand building with new production models that help teams create higher-performing work at greater scale.
My scope includes creative strategy, design, copy, imagery, content, emerging technology, and the systems and teams behind it all. Equal parts creative direction and organizational leadership: setting the standard, building capable teams, improving the workflow, and ultimately creating stronger customer experiences.
AI is now a central part of that work. I focus on practical adoption where it can expand creative possibilities, accelerate production, and increase capacity, all while protecting brand integrity, craft, and human judgment.
A recurring thread in my career has been leading Creative teams through change: brand launches and relaunches, restructuring, and fundamental shifts in how creative is produced.
Currently, I oversee Creative for Gilt and Rue La La. Earlier, I founded Wayfair’s Lifestyle Creative Group, directed its 100-person Creative Imagery organization through the transition from conventional photography to 3D-generated imagery, and ran a multidisciplinary design practice.
